India Post GDS Selection Process 2024
After the registration merit list or selection process will be based on the 10th class marks. During the selection process you don't have to give any kind of exam because it is a non exam based government job. The more marks or percentage you have in 10th class you will be rank higher in the merit list and the chances of selection is also high. If any two candidates have same marks and same percentage then they will selected on the base of the Date of Birth (DOB). It means if you are older than the second candidate then you will be selected and if you are younger than the second candidate then you will not be selected.
After you have been selected then you will get an SMS on your register phone number or you will get an email from the post office department. In that email they will send that you have in selected and now after selection you have to go for document verification. If any candidate failure to submit their documents or He/She does not have documents then they will be De-selected and a new candidate will get an offer instead of you.
